Deposition Terms

• Request MUST be submitted through the calendar.

• All requests require a subpoena to be served within 72 hours of initial request otherwise, dates will be released and a new request will need to be submitted.

• If a subpoena is received without having a date and time secured through the Calendar, it will be considered a unilaterally set deposition.

• If documents are required prior to the deposition date, Pursuant to Per Rule 1.351 (b): Value Engineering & Inspections, LLC is conditioning the preparation and delivery of the subpoenaed documents on payment ($200.00) in advance for preparing and providing the digital documents.

By requesting a deposition, the Requester agrees to the following terms:

• Testimony is billed at $500 per hour under oath including 15 minute breaks for every 2 hours of testimony.

• Payment within 30 days after the deposition.

• $500 reschedule fee if the deposition is canceled within 24 hour of the original start time. The cancellation fee will not be required if the case settles or is dismissed the day of the deposition.
